The land is situated on the Holderness Coast approximately 5 miles south of Hornsea and 14 miles north east of Hull.
Lot 3 – Land South of former RAF Cowden comprises a single block of arable and amenity land extending in all approximately 68.54 acres (27.73 hectares) of which approximately 51.63 acres (20.89 hectares) is currently cropped. The land is let by virtue of a single Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 Agreement.
