The land is situated on the Holderness Coast approximately 5 miles south of Hornsea and 14 miles north east of Hull.
Lot 1 – Land North of former RAF Cowden comprises a ring-fenced block of productive arable land extending in all to approximately 51.44 acres (20.82 hectares) let by virtue of two Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 Agreement and a Farm Business Tenancy (FBT).
